Once we confirm that Olive Avenue is the right fit for you and your needs, we will share an estate planning questionnaire with you to complete.

Once we receive the completed questionnaire, we will schedule a Strategy Session.

A Strategy Session lasts between 60-90 minutes. During that time, we will discuss your plans, wishes, and goals for your estate plan.

We charge for our Strategy Sessions because we prepare strategies tailored to your unique situation.

After the Strategy Session, we will provide you with a fee estimate for our services. Upon approval of services, we will send you an engagement letter detailing the arrangement and objectives we will accomplish. Once the engagement letter is signed, the work begins!

The drafting process is collaborative. We work directly with you to make sure that the draft estate plan reflects your goals.

We will guide you through every step of the execution process.

Once your estate plan is executed, we will guide you through the funding process to coordinate your assets with your estate plan.
